FAQ's
Can I trade in tools that no longer turn on or operate?
Yes! This program covers non-working or broken tools.
What if I don’t accept the valuation?
No worries. You’re not committed until you accept the offer. If you choose not to proceed, you can either have your tool returned or recycled responsibly by us.
Can I send in more than one tool?
Yes - you can submit multiple tools through our form. We’ll assess each one individually.
How is the store credit amount determined?
We use a grading system to assess each tool based on its condition, model, age, and potential for reuse or parts recovery. Grades range from A (good physical condition, partial function) to D (severely damaged or non-repairable). Each grade corresponds to a specific store credit value, which we’ll include in your offer.
Is the Part Exchange program available outside the UK?
This program is only available to customers within the United Kingdom.
What can I use the store credit on?
The store credit must be used towards one of our Pro Series Tools, Pneumatic Tools, or on the new Birdie!
